Overview
Recladding projects are becoming increasingly important in the overall construction landscape, and Premier Scaffolds has become a key contributor in this space, due to our ability to find safer, stronger, and more efficient approaches to each project.
Ann Street presented the most technical job we have undertaken, and the Premier Scaffolds team rose to the challenge.
In addition to providing our ultralightweight Premier Scaffold/Manufacturing Systems, allowing for more efficient installation. We also played an important role in the inhouse engineering and fabrication of the proposed access solutions.
The project took place in an area which had major public interface requiring all works to be completed at night to minimise any interruption to busy day time traffic during the day.
With all that considered, our team also brought in height safety specialists and took additional considerations to glass protection, among others to ensure there were no missed opportunities in ensuring works was completed safely, and efficiently..
Additionally, we used our trucks to do smaller runs throughout the project to save 2 months minimum, highlighting the importance of looking at the bigger picture and finding opportunities for improvements that compound over the life of the project.
When all factors are considered, we are looking to create win-win situations for our clients, our construction partners, our teams, and the general public to restore and revitalise key projects in our city’s landscape – Together We Rise.
